We are so excited to host Julie Meyer for a full weekend deep dive into Inside Flow!

Julia is senior teacher with countless hours of Inside Flow training, hundreds of hours experience teaching Inside Flow and spends her time teaching Inside Flow and Inside Yoga full time!

She will guide us through one masterclass and four workshops. 

YOU WILL LEARN:

You will flow through and learn five different flows. 

Yo will learn the very special principles of Inside Flow that makes this practice so seamless. 

You will learn alignment hacks to move gracefully and hence how to create a more fluid practice. 

You will learn proper alignment for signature asanas such as wild thing, cobra wave, flying warrior and more!

You will practice connecting breath, movement and music to enter flow state.

You will be immersed in a full weekend experince together with other flow lovers!

You will get useful tools to enchance your practice as a student and also if you are a teacher. 

You can film throughout the weekend and use the material for your own practice and if you are a teacher- have new flows to teach! 

SCHEDULE 

FRIDAY: Inside Flow Masterclass 90min

17:30- 19:00

We start the weekend with a master class! Dive in and explore the evolution of Vinyasa Flow Yoga! In this class Julia will cover the fundamental principles behind Inside Flow, if you are knew to the practice this class will cover all you need to support you for the rest of the weekend! Moving to the rhythm of modern music from Hip Hop to Pop Music we will build up a Vinyasa Flow choreography leading to practice it to one specific song. Music, breath and movement is the key to help you to enter the flow state and to create a deep connection to your body, mind and soul! Get ready for this extraordinary style of yoga that will enhance your practice and transform you as a person!

SATURDAY: 

Align 2 Flow – Principles for smooth and graceful transitions 120min

10:15- 12:15

In this workshop you will learn alignment hacks to move gracefully from one asana to the other. To

create a fluid practice that will enhance your Inside Flow experience.

Inside Flow Workshop 2hrs - 2 Flows 120min

13:15-15:15

Get ready for two different flows to two different moods.

From uplifting and powerful to gentle and soulful. Just explore how the music and movements will

make you feel and allow yourself to express it with your practice.

There ́s nothing more beautiful and connecting than flowing and feeling together.

So let's go on that journey together. Let's move as one!

Block out your evening! Dinner out as a group- more details will come. Dinner is not included in the price. 

SUNDAY: 

Align 2 Flow – wild thing, cobra wave & more 120min

Let`s take a deeper look at Inside Flow signature asanas such as wild thing, cobra wave, flying warrior

and more. Proper alignment will help you to deepen your understanding for the postures to create a healthy

and thriving practice.

Inside Flow Workshop – We move as one 120min

13:15- 15:15

To end this weekend we will focus on easy and slow paced flows that will make you feel connected

and at ease. Let`s go with the flow and move as one!

You can cancel your purchase up till August 1st. We charge 10% fee for all returns. After that we give no refunds. If you become sick, or get other plans you can sell your ticket to someone else and let us know who is coming instead. 

FAQ:

I am new to Inside Flow, is this for me?

- Of course! This is the most common question we get and we wish we could erase this doubt because you're in good hands! We don't want you to miss out on all this fun because of fear. We know there will be complete beginners in the room- you are all very much welcome. Please attend a Inside Flow class where you live or online if you want to prepare. 

Will I have the energy to attend the whole weekend?

-You should expect to get challenged but Julia mixes teaching alignment with flowing. Naturally you will get breaks between the workshops. Don't underestimate the energy you will get from having fun! From the power of the music and flowing with others! The last days flows will be slower paced for a perfect end to the weekend. 

Will I get teacher training credits?

- Of course, each hour is one TTC. Make sure you send an e-mail to insideflowsweden@gmail.com, specify how many hours you attended and the credits will be added to your insideflow.com profile. 

Can I film the workshops? 

- You are welcome to film the flows! Save them and keep practicing on your own after the weekend. 

I don't live in Stockholm, where can I stay?

- Check out the following hotels: Mosebacke Hostel or Scandic Malmen. The studio's adress is Högbergsgatan 30A if you want to choose another hotel in the nearby area. Closest subway stations are Slussen and Medborgarplatsen. 

Is food included?

- No. You can get a veriety of food in the nearby area. There is also a lounge in the studio where you can eat food but it has limited space.

More about our teacher Julia "Flow and Grow" Meyer

Julia is Inside Flow Senior Teacher, an internationally known yoga teacher and part of the leading personalities in the Inside Flow yoga scene.

As a multifaceted trained yoga teacher, personal trainer and former professional dancer, Julia is an expert in well-being and soulful existence.

Focusing on body mind and soul she supports people in immersing themselves in their very personal (life) flow.

Her love for music and graceful movements represent her unique style of teaching. Creative and harmonious flows, combined with energetic impulses that will give youspace to look beneath the surface and connect to your feelings - to strengthen the connection to yourself.

She leads teacher trainings, workshops and retreats. You will find her at events in Germany and abroad. She visited Stockholm in 2023 for the first Swedish Inside Flow concert and we are very happy for her to visit us again!
